It's been said that, with the exception of disciplining or discharging an employee, conducting a performance appraisal is the most difficult part of a manager's job. Conducting the performance appraisal in an effective manner requires record keeping, planning and hopefully a history of providing feedback to all staff members. This program provides the tools, the "do's and don'ts" and the steps for doing this critical part of the manager's job well.
