Joanne Quinn Moffatt
Joanne
is a human resource consultant with more than twenty-five years'
experience. Most recently employed as Organizational Development
Consultant for an international software firm, Joanne created a
world class corporate university. She designed and facilitated effective
leadership programs worldwide, based on a needs assessment identified
from her implementation of a global, multi-rater 360° feedback
process. These initiatives resulted in re-defining and shaping the
corporate culture with greater emphasis on performance management,
accountability for results and career development.
Joanne has recruited, trained, and conducted human resource audits
for high technology, software development, processing and instrumentation,
manufacturing, food and beverage, and environmental consulting and
professional service clients.
She has worked with the University of Massachusetts, Donahue Institute,
and has served as an adjunct faculty member with The Community Colleges
of Rhode Island. She has voluntarily consulted to numerous nonprofit
organizations and businesses. Joanne has also worked in new business
development and sales capacities for an international training organization.
Previously, Joanne was Vice President, Human Resources responsible
for strategic and operational human resource initiatives in a technology
solutions and manufacturing business. Under her leadership, employment
grew from 230 to 1,100 people and expanded throughout North America
and Europe.
As a strategic planner, creative recruiter, and engaging and articulate
facilitator, she enjoys a hands-on role. Joanne is a seasoned leader
noted for her high energy, professionalism and ability to interact
throughout an organization. She's quite adept at balancing individuals'
concerns and business needs.
Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emmanuel
College, Labor Relations studies at the University of MA, and she
is currently completing her MBA. Joanne is also a certified Quality

Association, Northeast Human Resources Association and Boston Human
Resources Management Group. She has spoken on radio and television
about employment issues and has appeared on Good Morning America.
