Joanne DuBosque has specialized in recruiting strategy and search for 18 years in a variety of industries, with a concentration in service organizations. As an avid globetrotter and a world language major in college, Joanne is drawn to small, international companies on a fast-track growth curve. As Director of Recruiting for Bain & Company in the early '80's, she managed the company growth from 38 employees in one office to 750 employees worldwide. Additionally, Joanne has hired professionals for a start-up ISP located in Africa, as well as for Fortune 500 multi-national corporations. In 1997 she created the Human Resources function for a small, high-tech firm in New England and was responsible for the company achieving a 30% growth rate that year.
