Our 24 hr/day state-of-the-art recycling plant turns bio-solids into usable fertilizer. Our continued growth has resulted in a newly created position for Driver/Mechanic to visit and service our customers. In this unique position you will spend about half your time in the field and half in the plant.
The plant consists of PLC driven heavy industrial equipment and is run by 2-person teams. The Driver will drive, maintain and repair agricultural equipment, and assist with facilities maintenance, general housekeeping, possibly equipment maintenance, and work on other projects as directed by the Operations Manager.
Our product is stored in bulk and hauled to customer sites around the island. In certain cases we spread product for customers or provide an agricultural spreader for their use. In the field, the Driver will pick up and deliver equipment, spread fertilizer, interact and educate with customers about appropriate use and application of our product, resolve problems, and answer any questions they may have.
We seek a self directed individual with appropriate technical skills, a stable work history and proven customer service experience.
