Help Desk Technician (Microsoft)

We are a growing IT consulting company and have been a trusted advisor to our clients since 1986.  The Operations Center is the hub for our Managed Services and provides real-time support and statistics for contracted customer networks.  We seek a Help Desk Technician to provide first line troubleshooting and network support to clients calling into the Operations Center for technical support. Escalation responsibilities are included in this position and there is opportunity for professional growth.

This position requires a demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team to troubleshoot problems with speed and efficiency.  In addition to technical skills we require strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as an interest in business and on-going professional development. 

You must have appropriate training and/or 1-2 years of experience with
