Our client, The Smile Train, is an international children’s charity that provides free cleft surgery for 100,000+ children a year who would otherwise never receive it.  This surgery gives these children a second chance at life.  In its first ten years, The Smile Train has established hundreds of programs and partners in 75 developing countries and is expanding at a rapid pace.  This dynamic organization has an opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented, high energy Office Manager to join the team.  This position reports to the Vice President, Finance and Administration.

As Office Manager, you will fill the role of the “go to” administrative person in the office.  You will be responsible for general administrative duties, including maintaining office records, equipment and facilities.  Your financial role will include supporting various vendor and program payments.  Your Human Resources role will include maintaining employee files, policies and procedures, etc.

Additionally you will serve as the Assistant to the VP, Finance and Administration, handling administrative tasks, researching and drafting documents, creating presentations and supporting other executives as needed.

Requirements include:
.  Bachelors Degree
.  Minimum two years experience in a similar administrative role.  Knowledge of basic Human Resources administration required.
. Demonstrated organizational skills; detail oriented.
. Strong computer skills, MS Office.
. Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
. Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
