Leadership Skills for the 21st Century
What's the role of today's leader? How can the leader get team members to follow
her/his lead? What's the difference between being a leader and being a manager?
This program examines all of these issues through the use of self-assessment
instruments, case studies, group exercises, and role-playing. Topics can be
tailored to the organization's needs, and usually include Leadership Styles,
Creating Followership, Putting and Keeping Relationships on Track, Managing
Difficult Employees, and Delegation and Empowerment. 1-2 days
