Starting initially in sales, Mary Jane moved comfortably into Human Resources in both manufacturing and engineering organizations well known in New England. Her multifaceted background includes recruiting and staffing at all levels, benefit administration, employee and labor relations, Affirmative Action, and HR policy creation and implementation.

As a consultant, she has worked with several New England and national companies, on projects that included staffing senior level management, sales, and engineering positions, conducting management training, and implementing retention programs. Mary Jane's experience in sales has given her a strong sense of the need to sell the value and benefits of a company, especially in a competitive market. Additionally, she possesses an innate talent for identifying appropriate candidates for a given position.
