Performance Management: Coaching & Counseling

How do managers improve team members' skills and knowledge? How can you change a staff member's behavior or attitude? These questions and more are answered in this program, usually for more experienced managers who must coach and counsel team members to improve their performance individually and collectively. Participants will also learn to accurately diagnose performance problems and develop and apply effective solutions to those problems. Role-playing is an essential part of this workshop! 1-2 days
